Some of the things we do in our prepared meals is replace ingredients with healthier substitutes. Heavy cream is replaced by Greek yogurt, substitute whole grains in pasta, brown rice & quinoa instead of white rice, sweet potatoes instead of starchy potatoes, and olive oil in place of fatty oils. We make all of our dressings and sauces in house. Our newest addition is offering secondary options to our cleanest menu items; with this, you can have extra vegetables in place of the starch side for a leaner meal.
We will introduce a different prepared menu every week. Each week we will offer main entrées, soup in the colder months, and salads for you to choose from. The vegetable and starches may vary from time to time, depending on the time of the year.
Any orders placed after the cut off time will be cancelled.
